OMS Commemorative CD Volume 1 now on sale

The commemorative OMS double CD is now on sale. At £7 for 44 tracks of super quality this has to be the bargain of 2007, not to mention 2008. You can buy this disc now and after Christmas from Spirals in Market St in Hebden Bridge, who have kindly agreed to sell it for us. Alternatively, contact Sandra and Tom Cleary on 01422 847552 or e-mail to tomcleary@waitrose.com, or talk to any member of the planning group from the OMS. There will be an official launch of the CD on January 2nd, possibly at the Stubbing Wharf pub before that night’s OMS. It may be possible to buy it at the OMS on Boxing Day. Make sure that you buy this disc and try to sell it to a lot of your friends, as a truly magnificent memorial to those two marvellous musicians and great guys, Josh Phillips and Rob Armstrong.

I will certainly buy a copy, seven quid for 44 tracks has got to be the biggest bargain yet!

Haven’t had chance to listen to all 44 tracks yet (!!), but great to get the CD and really looking forward to putting my feet up soon to listen to some more.

Mike Plummer certainly had his work cut out with all of the recordings. I like Mand’s cover artwork and the actual finish/ artwork on the CD’s too.

Great that OMS was open for us on boxing day (thanks Mand, Craig and Paul;) and even better that we were able to buy the CD.
